I picked up the Day Lark Blend, which is a light medium roast, and found the tasting notes outstanding, characteristic of most coffees made in small batches. It has a lovely floral and sweet fragrance, almost caramelly, and without any bitterness. I love that this local company takes stock in regenerative farming using organic beans and attention to details. I will definitely try their other roasts soon, and hope other stores have them available as well.
Regenerative Coffee had many varieties to choose from. I tried the Daylark. I didn't realize it was whole bean as this package didn't say do. Luckily I was able to ground it. The aromas was enticing and after I made the coffee, it was delicious. It has a bold but not bitter flavor. I enjoyed each cup I drank.
This coffee is as delicious as it gets. The aroma woke me up. I am a coffee snob and I tend to buy small mom& pop local coffee. The taste lit up my taste buds, so thank you so much. I usually drink only one cup per day but this coffee has me wanting a second cup. There is no bitter taste, just a flavorful one that is smooth and rich. Thanks for introducing me to Heirloom coffee!
I was very happy with these beans. The medium roast tasted great in my latte. It was just as good as what I usually buy, though a little more expensive. Overall it's great, especially for coffee beans bought at a grocery store.
I liked it. The coffee was not super bitter and was smooth to drink. I got the whole bean and it smelled great as I was grinding it. My biggest concern was price. It was a little more expensive than I would be comfortable paying again.
