One reason we ordered is because the website said the coffee ships same day as ordered. Our order took almost a month. Ordered on December 18 and received Jan 13. I emailed customer service twice checking on the order and even requesting to cancel it. I emailed the email listed on their website. No one ever responded to me. I felt really disappointed in their customer service.
Besides great taste, how my food was sourced is extremely important to me. Regeneratively Farmed, Fair Trade, and Organic tells me that you care about the quality of the product, my health, and the health of the soil where it was grown!
