Founded in 2023, the Heirloom Regenerative Coffee Research lab is the largest roasting lab dedicated to regenerative coffee. The lab is powered by 16 - 100% Electric Bellwether coffee roasters, the Heirloom lab is a creative space to taste, formulate, and quality test regenerative coffees for Heirloom.

In addition to R&D, the Lab is a meeting space for Regenerative Farmers to tell their stories of how regenerative agriculture changed their farms and their communities.

We believe that the future of coffee is in our hands. Every decision we make today will affect generations of farmers, their children, and the countless other familes who are involved in the coffee supply chain.
