I searched for a pure light roast and came across sugar Phoenix. Initially, I tried the espresso grind, which was such a fine grind my coffee maker struggled. I went ahead and ordered the pour over and it’s 100% love! Sugar Phoenix is smooth, rich and yummy.

Best customer service and delicious

This is my second time ordering from Heirloom and the coffee is delicious! I had a question about my order and it took them a few days to get back to me. But when they did get back to me they were very kind. I guess their system was down so response time was slow. However, I felt the customer service was good, as is so quality of the coffee. I’ll definitely be ordering more in the near future.
