LIGHT/MEDIUM ROAST - 12 OUNCE WHOLE BEAN
Notes of Hazelnut, Peach, and Nectar
Competition Grade Coffee
This coffee is truly a masterpiece. A marriage of our culinary roasting style and flavor notes naturally developed in the drying process of the coffee beans. The forward presents a fresh floral nectar while the bright essence of peach permeates the smooth and buttery mouthfeel. The deep hazelnut base compliments the overall body and creates a melodic blend on the tongue.

Great coffee! Love the smell of it! Love that it's regeneratively sourced.
The shipping took longer than expected but that’s somewhat understandable due to the weather.
The coffee is not what I expected either. In my opinion, it’s roasted too dark. I can taste where it’s trying to go and I desperately want it. I might be wrong, but it doesn’t appear that the coffee was roasted fresh. It has a best by date of January 2025 which suggests that it was roasted in January. Not March. The bloom is also quite telling that it isn’t freshly roasted coffee.
I bought this on recommendation from Reddit.
Rich and delicious! Excellent cup of coffee
