Through our proprietary Culinary Roast™, this coffee delivers notes of crisp Gala Apple, subtle Citrus note, with a warm milk chocolatey finish.

Colombia Planadas best presents its flavor characteristics when brewed in a pour over or similar drip style brewer or an auto drip machine. The milk chocolatey notes do well as a cold brew and present a biscuty sweetness. Although this is a dynamic coffee, we don't recommend using Cielo Alto as an espresso as it doesn't display a fully rounded mouth feel at high pressure extraction.
