Rooted in clean soil

Our story begins on farms where the soil is alive and is untouched by chemicals, where coffee is grown on pristine lands in far off valleys under the shadows of towering mountains. Where gentle rains feed crops and mineral rich soils infuse coffee with deep layered flavors. Where no pesticides, herbicides, or synthetic fertilizers ever touch the soil and coffee is grown without any shortcuts...

Just nature, working as it should. We partner with farmers who we know personally, who nurture their land like family.

Fully Integrated Supply Chain

We're not another link in a long anonymous supply chain.

We import every lot into our own roastery, guiding it from harvest to roast under our watchful eye with absolute transparency and control. Unlike 99% of roasters in the U.S., we never rely on brokers, distributors, consolidators, or third party resellers. No middlemen. No diluted standards. No shortcuts. No opportunity for contamination.

A new way to roast coffee

The Culinary Roast™ is a propriety roasting process developed in-house after years of R&D, sensory science experimentation, and thousands of practice roasts and is unlike anything in the specialty coffee world.

It’s a hyper-focused roasting style that uses micro-adjusting techniques to develop a harmonious balance of sweetness and body in every roast. We emulate elevated culinary styles to deliver an outstanding sensory experience.

world's cleanest coffee™

Heirloom is the only coffee that triple tests our beans for mold, toxins, and pesticides like glyphosate and other nasty agricultural chemicals.

Once before it leaves the country of origin, once when it arrives at port in the United States but before it enters our roastery, and once again after roasting, before it ever reaches your home or your cup.

Three checkpoints. Three lab validations. No assumptions.

Because even when coffee is grown without pesticides or synthetic fertilizers, contamination can still happen in transit. Wind does not respect property lines. Shipping containers do not discriminate. We are the final line of defense.
