Excellent coffee. Recommended
This coffee is so good I drank it black. I normally use lots of creamers and flavored collagen, because I was drinking coffee solely to help wake me up in the mornings… but was desperately trying to cover up the nasty taste of my k cup coffee. I sipped this black because I was curious to know the actual flavor profile on its own, and I couldn’t stop sipping. Bravo, I didn’t see any oily residue floating on top of my coffee either. This didn’t make me feel jittery or nauseous. I will be a repeat customer! I did the pour over style brew by the way.
I searched for a pure light roast and came across sugar Phoenix. Initially, I tried the espresso grind, which was such a fine grind my coffee maker struggled. I went ahead and ordered the pour over and it’s 100% love! Sugar Phoenix is smooth, rich and yummy.
