LIGHT ROAST - 12 OUNCE WHOLE BEAN

Notes of Juicy Plum, Honey, and Orange Blossom

Some coffees impress, but this one seduces. Lush, syrupy, and endlessly complex, like a rare vintage saved for the perfect moment.
Grown in the rich volcanic soil of De La Paz, Honduras' Regenerative Organic Certified farms, this honey-processed coffee develops an intensity of sweetness and complexity that few coffees ever achieve. Through The Culinary Roast™, we bring out the full expression of its character, allowing its natural sugars to caramelize slowly, creating a cup that is both seductive and deeply layered.

The first sip is a flood of fragrant orange blossom, heady and intoxicating, perfuming the palate before melting into the deep juiciness of ripe summer plum. The body is dense, honeyed, and almost liqueur-like, coating the tongue in a golden, syrupy richness. Just when you think you’ve unraveled it, the finish arrives, sweet, crisp, and impossibly smooth, a whisper of nectar and stone fruit that refuses to be forgotten.

This is a coffee for those who chase the extraordinary. Beautifully expressive as a pour-over, revelatory in a French press, and nothing short of magic as a slow sipped, black coffee.

And the world has noticed. Pacayal Honey Lot is a two-time Golden Bean Award recipient (2022 & 2023) and a 2024 Good Food Award finalist, standing out against 2,000 competitors for its unparalleled depth and elegance.

A truly special coffee, crafted with precision, roasted with intention, and meant to be experienced, not just consumed.

I tried this brand for the first time. I really liked its smell, freshness and taste. It is great that it is also an organic. I hope they offer decaffeinated (Swiss water) bean options in the future

Regenerative Coffee by...

Regenerative Coffee by Heirloom Coffee was perfect. The beans were very good and quality. Next to my regular organic beans these were way better. I would recommend these but the price is way too high.

Preserving quality and...

Preserving quality and meticulous farming is very important to me. In the age of mass industrialized agriculture ways, I will always support farmers who practice natural and regenerative farming methods.

I loved the light roast option for these Heirloom coffee beans. Not only is it a great choice because it is regenerative but also the beans were full of flavor and were an enjoyable addition to my morning!
