As a long time coffee connoisseur, I've tried many roasters spanning all the best that San Francisco has to offer (Verve, Ritual, Sightglass, Counter Culture, Temple, etc.). I've made french press, pour over (chemex), and now espresso, and using quality beans with the right roast is the most important aspect of a good cup. After trying Heirloom, the quality was apparent after touching the bag and smelling the aroma. The first latte with Day Lark beans was simply amazing. This is leveling up, and this is all that I'll be using moving forward. If you want prepare coffee that will far exceed what you can get at a boutique coffee shop, look no further!
