You earn points every time you shop on our website. That includes one-time purchases, subscription, merch, curated sets, or coffee kits.
Select an item to redeem from the Heirloom Passport pop up panel on the bottom left of your screen. Your claimed reward will be ready in your account with a discount code to use at checkout.
Your points will expire one year from your last account activity, like making a purchase or redeeming points. Don't worry! We will email you a warning to use your points before they expire.
