Sugar Phoenix rises through the ashes of traditional espresso with a modern take rooted in traditional culinary techniques. Our beans are the highest competition quality and our roasting style allows for optimal sugar development and a viscous body with a complex and dynamic finish.
We employ the culinary principal of the mirepoix for uniquely specific flavors and aromas in the forward, middle, and finish in this dynamic blend. Our espresso is a delicious experience on its own in a demitasse cup and also shines brilliantly in a milk or alt-milk based espresso drink.
Somehow smooth and bright at the same time. Lots of clarity but not too much acidity or too much sparkle. Absolutely delicious and quite chuggable.
I purchased, this coffee on a whim, because I was intrigued by the description, and I have not been disappointed. It is both a delight and a comfort to wake up to the smell of this coffee brewing every morning. I’m so glad I found Heirloom Coffee and love supporting local businesses.💖☕️
Tried this brand after seeing it in a Food & Wine post. Decided to give it a try. I got the Sugar Phoenix and the ROC coffee both were incredible!
