Can I skip a shipment?
Yes—log into your account and click “Skip Next Shipment.” You can skip as many in a row as you like.
How do I change my grind or blend?
In My Subscriptions, select the upcoming shipment you want to edit and choose your desired grind or blend before the cutoff date.
When am I billed and shipped?
Billing and shipping occur on your selected cadence. You’ll receive an email 2 days beforehand with your order details.
